We’re Hailey & Bryan — the husband & wife duo behind Hazel!

After graduating from Central Michigan, we made our way to Austin, TX, where we fell in love with the local coffee scene. What started as a simple cold brew setup at community events quickly grew into something bigger. Through long weekends, late nights, and a whole lot of passion, Hazel was born.

When we moved back home to Michigan, our mission became clear: bring a little southern hospitality to the Midwest — and connect people through dang good coffee.

We believe coffee should be welcoming, not intimidating. Whether you’re into oat milk lattes or straight up drip, there’s no wrong way to enjoy it. Gatekeeping coffee? Not our thing.

Hazel began as a fully converted 1950s Red Dale camper — our first mobile café. Today, we’ve expanded into a full fleet of customizable coffee cars and a brick-and-mortar café. No matter where you are, we’re here to serve great coffee and build community while we’re at it.

Proudly based in Ann Arbor, we serve the entire Southeast Michigan region — we can’t wait to serve you.
